Location, friendly staff, the room.
It was always noisy. No sound proof at all. Doors, steps, chats was loud and clear.
I didn’t like always pushing me to buy activities and tickets from the hotel. But it’s very common in Vietnam.

Location is great, very close to the river and restaurants. Room size was okay but the room had a weird smell. Since it is close to many bars and restaurants, the nights can be very very noisy and difficult to get a good sleep. Otherwise its a good place for a couple of days.
The noise at nights from the bars around the hotel makes it difficult to sleep
