About this apartment rental
Playa Gros is a big and calm apartment with partial views of La Zurriola Beach and very close to Kursaal Palace. It is situated in Gros, which is a famous neighbourhood among surfers and there are great cultural entertainment options, such as the Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre.
It is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. There are three double bedrooms, a spacious and bright lounge-dining room, two bathrooms with shower and a kitchen, equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware. All of the bedrooms face a very calm patio. The main bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have single beds of 80 cm and 90 cm.
The apartment is perfect for a big family or a group of friends that are planning to spend an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 100m away.

This was a great base for our stay in San Sebastian! Tons of space (we were 2 couples), very clean, and very nice views of the beach from the living area. The location is very good - just a short walk across the river from the Old Town area and all of the pinxto bars, but in a nice walkable area that's a little quieter with lots of little cafes and bars. We highly recommend checking out La Gintoneria, just a short walk away - a great place to end your evening when you walk back.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a nice separation of bedrooms from the living/dining room, a fabulous location and lovely ocean view and small balcony. All the communication was excellent. A few things could be improved- providing some basics like salt & pepper, beach towels and for longer stays extra garbage bags and paper supplies. Some of the furniture needs a refresh for a rental in this price range, such as paint peeling off cabinets. With those improvements this be be top rated on everything

The apartment is beautiful, and we loved the Gros location, which was a short walk over the bridge to the Old Town. My only criticism is that the kitchen could be better equipped. It was missing a cutting board, corkscrew, basic spices (salt and pepper), paper towels. It also could use a better coffeemaker to make coffee for more guests at a time. Overall, though, highly recommended!
