Great hotel to escape the city and stay in nature.
The staff is excellent and very helpful.
The pool was under construction, the staff provided breakfast and tried to accommodate options but the pool in the Jungloo is not for swimming so no swimming option during the trip.

The architecture and beautiful gardens, the staff were wonderful and very professional
Unfortunately the main pool was having problems with the tiles and cleanliness of water.
After discussing with staff we were upgraded to a villa with private pool and enjoyed our stay very much

We recently stayed at Templation Hotel in Siem Reap and had mixed feelings about our experience. On arrival at around 9pm after a long day of international travel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and professional. We were informed that room service was available until 10:30pm, which was a relief. However, after placing our order at 9:30pm, we waited over an hour with no update. When we called to follow up, we were told the kitchen never received the order—extremely frustrating given the late hour and how tired we were.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. There was also a power outage during our stay—something we didn’t experience at another hotel nearby, suggesting it wasn’t a widespread issue.
Considering the premium price and 5-star rating, we expected a higher level of service and consistency. While there were some highlights, the inconveniences—especially around basic services like food and electricity—left us disappointed overall.
Room service order placed at 9:30pm never reached the kitchen, causing over an hour of delay and no food despite being told the kitchen closed at 10:30pm.
Power outage during the stay, which was not experienced at a nearby hotel.
A high number of mosquitoes made it difficult to enjoy the property.
Overall experience didn’t meet expectations for the price and 5-star rating.
