Awesome place for the family. Super quiet on the edge of some rice paddies. Only a short walk into Hoi An old town.

It was a pretty place with good location and the stafff was really nice

The family room was very comfortable. We really liked the beds which were the softest we have had since traveling through southeast Asia. The air worked well, there was hot water, a mini-fridge, and everything we needed. Host was super nice and even though our room wasn't ready, he let us leave our stuff there. Also, they can do your laundry and it's a very affordable price. I highly recommend! The common area with the table is nice to sit down and do some work as well. My daughter was able to utilize the kitchen to make noodles which was convenient. Wifi worked very well. Overall, a very comfortable stay!
It's not close to downtown. We had to take Grab to get closer to eateries and go into town. It was too long of a walk for the places we wanted to visit, but that is no fault of the hotel. Perhaps this location would work well for others.

The gorgeous view! The fact that it’s a bit outside the busy center and that we could still walk to the center (although on a steep street and without side walk for part of it).
This hôtel needs maintenance. The AC in the room
Wasn’t working properly, the paint on the walls needs refreshment, the sink in the room was clogged, the pool needs serious cleaning.
