Although there may not have been staff onsite all the time, there was access to someone virtually at the other site. They were very responsive to my questions on how the best way to get to the unit was.
At times the language barrier was tricky to navigate but hand signals & translate APP worked well.
We were also not aware of the stairs to our unit, but Venice is full of stairs, so a pack light & backpack works better than a pull along bag you have to lift everywhere.

The location is very central and convenient for exploring Venice. The staff were also extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a mix-up with our reservation and mistakenly thought we had booked two nights instead of one. Even though there were no rooms available for the additional night, the staff were very understanding and even helped us find another hotel nearby. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Overall, we had a good stay.
We booked a room for three people, and I slept in the smaller bed, which unfortunately wasn’t very comfortable. The bed also squeaked with almost every movement, which was a little inconvenient during the night. There is also no elevator. While this isn’t necessarily a problem, having one would be convenient since tourists often travel with fairly heavy luggage, and carrying bags upstairs can be quite a hassle. If you’re traveling with only a few light bags, this probably wouldn’t be an issue.
