The stair case, I have troubled knees, no microwave. But the gals at the store heated up what needed.

No breakfast offered. Room was lovely, however a sitting chair, not straight chair, would have been nice,
Store was even open until 8 am, so we couldn't get any ice. Stairs to room were difficult for an older person to manage, especially with luggage. Would have been impossible for me if I had been alone.

the bed was comfortable
there were cobwebs
the bathroom doors were hard to manage
the neighbors walked upstairs and you could hear every step
there was no microwave even though it said there was
there really wasn't any property manager there was a teen girl who served ice cream and they were not even fully stocked on ice cream
there was hardly any snacks left out even though it said there were plenty available
$$$$
