The accommodation and breakfast were really good.
The hotel was in a central position.
There was a lift but it did not go down to the central level so there were some steps to navigate.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Location is great for both work and leisure stays.
Pool is the reason why i chose this hotel, and where i was able to rest.
Layout of the twin room with 3 beds, like two rooms in one, which i found very interesting configuration.
Room was very clean.
AC unit was old, but functional.
Hotel has great potencial but lacks of ammenities for the price asked. Doesnt even has tea/coffee set. Many areas are covered and forgotten.
Room represented my main issue, due to not having soundproofed rooms, so sleep was sometimes impossible, due to the noise coming from other rooms. TV is very old and makes a continuos noise, so i opted to not use it. Room needs wool blankets, instead of petrol derived fabrics. We are, afterall, in wool lands.
Breakfast is very basic, it could be basic but with quality, just by replacing industrial pastry for normal portuguese pastry, available at many places in Seia.

Booked the hotel especially for the pool and pool bar. I was only informed after booking that it was shut. The restaurant was not open on the days stated either. Workmen using power tools all day too.
