Very comfortable room with everything you could need. An inexpected balcony was a nice suprise. Pool is gorgeous and whole building and setting very attractive and within walking distance of everything in Cannes. Breakfast was fine, we paid extra (20euros each/10 for children) as not included in our booking. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite.
We arrived at the same time as a huge coach party which felt very chaotic. It didn't impact the stay beyond check in though.
We had to book two rooms as a family of four. For a family of 3 a triple room would be great value.

Reasonably priced for Cannes and good air conditioning. Convenient location (10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to train station). 24h bar.
The room / bed configuration we booked originally was not like in the photos, however after the first night the housekeeping team reconfigured the beds for us.

The hotel was very clean, well
Located (near the train station) and relatively close to the centre of Cannes
The hotel didn't have good sound insulation so we could hear people passing in the corridor or guests having sex 😐 and the breakfast service was slow (things were always missing and took longer than normal to be refiled, for the capacity of the hotel the service simply didn't do it justice).
