Everything- beds were so comfortable; shower was perfect; food was excellent; staff were so friendly; everything was so clean and welcoming- bus to the city right outside the door was very convenient- a special thanks to Olivia for going out of her way to make us feel at home

Callum and Adam were amazing. They are such lovely people and attended to all our needs and anticipated what we might need!
The room was really warm and not air conditioned. A bit of a breeze was felt with the windows open but it was noisy from the traffic.

It’s a great location. Staff very helpful.
Rooms really needing refreshed. Shower room sink taps loose, room door handle broken. Door needing replaced as does not feel secure and has been forced at some point.
