The location is amazing!
I felt I did not receive any support from the staff. I struggled figuring out how to get from the bus station to where I had to temporarily leave my carryon bag. The Pensión did not facilitate leaving the bag for a few hours neither when I arrived nor when I left.

Amazing location, easy check in, spacious room.
Water pressure was super weak and it took about 3 min to get warm water. It is understandable considering the historical site, we should have thought about it before booking.
Bed was really soft for our liking but that is personal preference.
