Location, room size, the comfy bed. The hotel provides a “soap bag” for guests to take away the used soap instead of throwing it.

The front desk was very friendly and was very accommodating. Our requests were made and it was convenient to communicate with them. Rooms were clean and very comfortable
The booking said that we would have to pay at the property. However, a few days prior to our booking, it held the amount that we were supposed to pay. I'm not sure whether or not coupons would be held since the front desk said it would be corrected between 7-15 days.
Furthermore, housekeeping wasn't very attentive with our belongings. They broke my charging cable while I was out. Furthermore, they didn't change bedsheets whenever they cleaned the room, I had to specifically ask the front desk for them to do so.
