I found nothing to like about this place

Hotel being renovated no bar facilities even though advertised. Parking was advertised but this was insecure street parking. Everywhere was closed up the morning we were leaving including dining room and reception. Nobody around to check us out and no breakfast even though told it was between 730am and 10am. We had to leave to catch ferry so videoed room to show no damage and left key in room. Left at 8.30am still no-one around and whole placed locked.

When we arrived the hostel was locked up. There was a notice on the wall pointing right to a block of apartments called Bardenas. It was confusing because you had to walk past one block called Bardenas to another block called Bardenas. The notice could be a bit more explicit. Apart from that our stay was good.

the staff was warmful and nice welcome. I had a double bed instead of single. very easy to find parking place in this area. auchan supermarket is near 5mn walking good price

the wall are very thin and you can hear everyone, hopefully there was not a lot of people in hotel. the pillow was not confortable

Clean. Felt like it was a hotel more than a hostel. It was a place to stay.

Was expensive.

Nothing actually. Very little effort made to make the room attractive and comfortable.

We didn’t like anything. We regretted having booked there.

Very Clean room, newly renovated building and friendly staff

The entrance is a little strange because you can either go in through the actual restaurant or through what looks like a normal apartment building door. Maybe it should be clearer how to get there

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took my husband to local car park. We didn't speak Spanish and they got a nice young boy and at dinner one of the staff's daughter to translate for us. Nice clean room.

Had to go to the town to have coffee, as functions were going on in hotel. Nothing to eat/drink until 9pm, which was not good after 6hr journey. No hair dryer in room. Booked breakfast but had to go to bar and buy separately. Nobody in hotel. Could do with curtains as room overlooked.
