Very good location and the apartment and services are just awesome. I fully recommend to rent it!

The apartment is well located, very clean and well furnished. The welcome was awesome and the service throughout the stay was perfect. Great place and job from the manager.

Exceptional

The apartment was really lovely, spotlessly clean and personally I thought a great location to wander down the beach and local supermarkets. A couple of new places had opened near by which was handy for breakfast and dinner. I’d definitely recommend staying!

Good place to stay. Check in and check out were fine. The apartment is nice and has two balcony’s. Thank you ! :)

Everything was cleaned the guys were really nice and we got a bottle of wine. Really kind :)

Very clean apartment and helpful host!

The apartment was really spotless, I had read other reviews saying the place was clean and we were not disappointed! The host was excellent, we arrived at 11pm because of our flight time and she was already there ready to give us the key. When we arrived outside the block of flats looking round trying to work out the exact door when I heard a cheery voice shouting “this way!! come in!” and it just made the whole process of finding the flat and getting in so much better than the usual airbnb situation where you’re fumbling around trying to find the key box etc hoping to goodness you’ve got the right door! I thought the place was sufficiently equipped with sharp knives and chopping boards and pans etc so you could easily make your own food and not always relying on eating out

The location was great from the airport as it was a direct tram which made the first night much easier. It was a wee bit out of the way of the town centre and public transport from Nice to other towns etc. It is only about a 20 min walk so not a problem but just needs a bit of planning if you want a siesta in between activities

Spacious and homely in a great location

The apartment was spacious and homely. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our visit was during the hot season, but the apartment was pleasantly cool and the bed was excellent. The location was good and the building was quiet.

Perfect Accomodation!

Very large and comfortable apartment ! Easy to get to from the air port on the tram and in walking distance to everything you would need or want to visit. Kitchen had everything you would need.

Very nice clean and spacious flat.

Very nice and spacious flat. Good locations close to town centre and beach onlya short walk away. It had a nice terrace to sit out on and it had AC which was the best thing ever. Coming back after a long day of swimming or exploring the town it was great to have a little relief from the heat.

Everything was perfect a beautiful apartment we had a long delay from the airport but the lady came to give us a key at 4am

Everything what you need to spend great time in a beautiful city

Beautiful apartment with cute small balcony from the kitchen and nice view. We had everything what is needed to live there , good location , big and very comfy apartment . Also Dima was very nice and helpful during our stay in Nice :)

Only one thing - small elevator :) it was not possible to enter there with the trolley and apartment is on 3rd floor so after all day walking we had a small challenge

One of the best holiday ever!

The feeling I am home. The proximity of everything.

It was rather cold in the kitchen but it's something usual for Nice. We weren't bothered by this.

The apartament is situated near beach, restaurants. A small walk about, 15min but a really nice one.

They have dishwasher but no detergent for it. No detergent for washing machine. They ask to clean the plates and put them where you found them. The facilities in the ap were really poor. No bags for the trash. You have to buy everything(not glasses, plates, etc).

Spacious and cosy appartment with good facilities. Comfortable beds, everything was available for our needs (towels, washing machine with lessive, etc). Wifi was working perfectly. The host was available to answer questions.

Not much. We've had some electricity issues, which were easily resolved (by plugging the fuses back on).

Exceptional

Lovely place to stay. Evgueni, Dima, and Svetlana are really nice hosts and very helpful. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, affordable, and centrally located. The apartment has all the essential amenities and is well suited for extended stays as well. I hope that I manage to get a reservation the next time I'm in Nice.

Nothing to dislike. I feel that the check in process for late arrivals could be better managed. Nevertheless, I was happy to pay the 20 euros to Svetlana for her troubles -- she's really sweet and helpful.
