Fabulous location, near all facilities & the port.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Good location. Clean and comfortable room.
Sky bar had limited drinks on offer. No brandy which I find surprising at a 4* Hotel. The staff are very scruffy, no uniforms, jeans and casual dress. Check in took a while. Overall i would say this hotel struggles to be classed 4*.

Location is good!
Unfortunately, this hotel does not feel like a four-star property and is in serious need of updating. The facilities and overall condition feel dated, and the hotel would benefit greatly from refurbishment and modernisation. Based on my experience, the four-star rating feels quite generous.
