Fantastiskt läge, så vackert! Familjen Gruber var otroligt serviceminded och vänlig. Dottern pratar bra engelska. Rummet var stort, fräscht och supervälstädat med balkong som extra plus. Hela hotellet var välskött. Middagen på kvällen var ett extra plus. Prisvärt och vällagat där alla hotellgäster åt tillsammans. Återvänder gärna till detta underbara ställe.
Finns inget att inte gilla. En liten utmaning att ta sig igenom den trånga passagen till hotellet men bil modell större men det gick! Vi hade också en liten utmaning med att sova till kyrkklockorna tidigt på morgonen men det övervägdes av charmen av dessa vackra kyrkor.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the family who own and run the hotel. Throughout our stay, they were always friendly, approachable, and happy to chat, making us feel genuinely at home. We particularly appreciated being personally escorted to our room, with the gentleman taking the time to explain the local area and provide helpful recommendations.
In the evening, the hotel offers a five-course set menu at a very reasonable price. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal while dining on the outdoor terrace, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, making for a truly memorable experience.
Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. Rather than the usual buffet, each table was individually prepared and served by the family owners. Every morning we were offered a generous selection, including eggs, ham and cheese, a variety of fresh breads, hot and cold beverages, homemade cake, honey, fresh fruit, oats, and yoghurt. The personal service made breakfast feel both relaxed and special.
The rooms were exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.
Parking is available and included with the price of the accommodation.
As the hotel is situated in the heart of the mountains, guests should be aware that there are very few amenities nearby. Restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area typically close by around 7:00pm, so my partner and I made sure to buy any essentials during the morning after departing the hotel.
It is also worth noting that the rooms do not have air conditioning or a refrigerator. During the warmer summer months, this meant we had to leave the balcony door open to keep the room cool, which unfortunately resulted in mosquitoes and other insects entering the room. While this may not be an issue during cooler seasons, it is something to consider if visiting in the summer.
