Excellent location, generally quite satisfied overall

Location and cleanliness and thoughtful things like milk and water in the refrigerator on arrival

I didn’t know about the many stairs required to access the property! I am 67 and have some health issues, it would have been useful to know about the lack of a lift and/or the numbers of stairs that needed to be climbed to reach the apartment. The basin in the bathroom drained very slowly indicating a plumbing problem and the bathroom smelled quite bad (from the plumbing I think). Lively apartment otherwise.

Luxury in the heart if Bilbao

This apartment cannot be beaten for quality, facilities, comfort, cleanliness.....but most of all LOCATION!! OMG the views are stunning and you are right in the centre near the Guggenheim (glad to hear is open again). And Covid price was excellent, I'm sure doubled by now..still worth it!

It was middle of Covid-19, but even so, it must be even better in 'normal" times. Parking seems complicated, but Victor is good host and even goes with you to find his parking spot....4 floors down but he goes with you to explain, and gives you card to open various barriers and doors.....seemed secure, but elevator out of action on departure so had to carry all luggage down 4 levels...but ok if works...if not, you will never park! You pay him 15€ per night when check out. The apartment is 3 levels up, reached by 6 sets of stairs and NO elevator! I nearly gave up as I had heavy luggage for work, but Victor carried the heavy case up ( and later down!). Very good chap. Traffic was easy in Covid, must be a nightmare by now , Victor gives instructions where to meet.

Ligger på 3-4 våningen i gammalt hus utan hiss, 77 trappsteg, i brant, smal och nött trappa. Framgår endast delvis i beskrivningen av lägenheten: no elevator. Utomordentligt besvärligt att söka släpa upp en resväska till lägenheten. Vidare var bestick-lådan dold i väggen under spishällen utan något handtag. Tog ett bra tag att hitta knivar och gafflar.

La cantidad de escaleras sin ascensor para acceder a la vivienda. Está ubicada en una zona ruidosa por la noche. El sofá cama muy incómodo.
