First of all, let me make one thing clear: if you are looking for luxury and fancy frills, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you want accommodation close to the sea, clean and well maintained, with great facilities where you can relax and enjoy yourself while the kids are happily entertained, then this place is absolutely ideal. We spent 5 days here with our two children, aged 5 and 9, and the only mistake we made was not booking a longer stay. For our family, this was honestly the best holiday we’ve ever had. And the food deserves a special mention. From seafood delicacies such as shellfish, prawns and fish, to simple dishes that children usually love, there was something for everyone. We genuinely enjoyed every single meal. Another big compliment goes to the drinks included in the All Inclusive package. In our previous All Inclusive experiences, we often ended up with poor-quality local beer and wine. Not here. They serve one of the best-known beers in Spain — I won’t name it, but you’ll know which one I mean — and the rest of the drinks were also very good. For us, this was the best family holiday we’ve had so far, and we really hope to come back again next year!

I honestly have nothing negative to point out.

The staff is wonderful (especially at reception)—very friendly and incredibly helpful. The entertainment team deserves the highest marks. A wide selection of fresh food is served daily. The offerings include cooked meat, vegetables, fresh salads and fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks,fresh bread and much, much more. The room features very comfortable beds and air conditioning, and the windows offer a fantastic view of the sea. It is one of the best places for a dream vacation.

Ants, ants, ants everywhere. Ants in the bedroom, the living room, and the bathroom. Hundreds of ants. We had to buy a large can of ant spray at the supermarket, but it was only a temporary solution. You couldn't even leave fruit or cookies on the table. The hotel does not provide parking. It is very difficult to find a parking space in the late afternoon and evening.

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the restaurant service. The staff were unfriendly and rude, making the dining experience unpleasant. Furthermore, the food quality was below average. The dishes looked unappetizing and seemed to be prepared using low-quality processed ingredients.
