A comfortable hotel. Great helpful staff, a large room and nice facilities. Also a great location in Zamalek.
When I was a little unwell, staff were exceptionally helpful. A place you feel very safe and where you have people you can rely on. I stayed last year and would definitely return.

There was dirt spots around the windows, the floor was sticky and the shower water was not flowing and leaked into the rest of the bathroom.

Spent 11 nights at President Hotel. As a solo female traveler, the stay here felt very comfortable. I felt extremely safe the entire time, the room was cleaned everyday (special thanks to Mohammed Ali and Aya). My room had a mini fridge, safe box, blow dryer, water kettle. The area is very quiet and I've never had issues about it being noisy. If I needed anything, with one phone call at the reception everything was arranged in minutes. The entire stuff of the hotel was always ready help. The street itself is close to shops, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, art galleries. I've spent a long time researching hotels for my trip to Cairo, especially cause I travelled alone, and I'm extremely happy that I chose this hotel. Definitely will stay here again next time when I'll be in Cairo.

- الموقع جميل في قلب الزمالك بالقرب من المطاعم والمقاهي ونيل أبو الفداء.
- يوجد مركز مساج راقي داخل الفندق (غير تابع للفندق)
شكر خاص للاستاذ محمد في الاستقبال وحامل الحقائب عم علي على ذوقهم واخلاقهم العالية
1- اثناء اقامتي كان المصعد خارج الخدمة طول فترة الاقامة 3 ليالي وجميع النزلاء تم تحويلنا لاستخدام مصعد الموظفين وكان صغير لايسمح بدخول اكثر من 3 اشخاص.
2- صوت المكيف عالي ومزعج وتم طلب الصيانة ولكن للاسف لم يتم التجاوب على اكمل وجه.
