The cleanliness, the staff and room were all excellent.
The access to the facility was hectic. There is no access by car and bags need to be taken up long winding steps by the hotel staff and really felt them as our bags were quit heavy.

We had a wonderful honeymoon and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Extremely clean, super friendly and helpful staff, feel very comfortable. Every day we came back to our room felt like a reset with a room cleaned and organized. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!
I wish the rooms were a bit bigger or at least for it to have a closet, but overall a great experience.

The staff was great! The private transfers were very easy, drivers were friendly, the person helping us carry the luggage was great, breakfast host in the morning was so kind. We loved it here!

The view was great but that's about it.
Everything in Positano seems to be focussed on screwing over tourists whenever possible. You are at the hosts mercy. City tax must be paid in cash, why? No coffee machine in an Italian seaside 4 star hotel, just instant coffee and no milk? Terrible...At this price per night i recommend staying elsewhere. You will thank me later. And don't start me about the 107 stairs to get to the hotel...what a joke! But it is mentioned in the hotel policies once you read them. It's also non smoking but they have ashtrays in every room so you can sit on your balcony and smell the cigarettes from all the other balcony occupants who are smoking...cos there's no privacy...all balconies can see each other...
