Very comfortable room with nice mattress and enough lighting in the room. Good closet spaces for two people.
Really nice breakfast which is included in the hotel price.
Regret not having enough time to enjoy the sauna.
Location is also very convenient. Close to train station.
Shower was a bit tricky to avoid water splashes to outside of the tub area. That 1/3 glass panel was not enough to cover the water splashes.

Clean, walking distance from station and center of the city made it easy to get to all tourist spots. Friendly staff. Cute hotel in a cute town

Good location close to train station and walking distance to restaurants. View of Matterhorn from our balcony.
Bed coverings were too heavy for summer/early fall.

The location was both good and bad. Good due to central location but bad because there was no air conditioning, it was so hot and had to open the doors (which was good but so much noise from the street until 3am). Very clean and modern facilities.
No air conditioning (which would be the same for most properties), we were there during heatwave
