Excellent for the price, staff could not do enough for you. Great, especially for a two star place. Air conditioning, shutters on the windows were a godsend as well. Felt safe. Was also a 10 minute walk from a main road and a bus stop/hub, plus the subway station though we didn't use it.

This hotel was just perfect! Sure I had to walk 15 minutes from the bus stop (coming from the airport) to the hotel, but the staff handed over my room key even after 23:00 because I couldn't arrive earlier due my flight, I used online check in and told them I will be arrive after check in times which was no problem at all. After receiving the room key and going up with the elevator to my room on the 4th floor, I noticed the room is very spacious, it has air conditioning, a window, blinds so there's absolutely zero sun or light coming in from outside, a television/radio, shower, toilet, sink, drinking cups, towels, hair dryer, hand-body soap/shampoo, trashcan, a chair with a desk, 2 small desks on the bed sides, small reading lights on the bed so you are able to read a book in bed for example, extra blankets in the cupboard and hangers for all your clothes. The cupboard was large and spacious too!! And most importantly, everything was spotless clean! Even in the middle of the nights there are still snackbars/fast-food restaurants open around the corner. This hotel has a gym too but I'm not there to workout, I'm there to explore the island :)
Just missed a small fridge in the room, especially in summer this would be a nice thing to have. That's it!

The staff were all amazing. Helpful with the area, food suggestions, taxi. Really just anything you asked for the guys on reception went over and above for service. For that I would give 5 stars.
The mattresses were stained and either needed cleaning or throwing. The floors and bathrooms were fine but bedding wasn’t 100%.
