The staff were fabulous, they couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay enjoyable.
My husband left his phone at a local restaurant and only realised when the restaurant had closed. The hotel staff contacted the restaurant owners and retrieved it for him the next day.
Also it was my daughter’s birthday and the breakfast team sang ‘Happy Birthday’ with all the restaurant guests; which made her day.
Initially when we arrived, there are some areas which need repair, like the steps at the front of the property.

Full breakfast was only served on Sundays. The skir rental place recommended was extremely poorly organised and did not have any decent gear available
The pictures showed an outdoor onsen but this was not available when I arrived. The bathoom was extremely small (1,5 square meters)
