We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was comfortable, with western breakfast provided daily! Our room was a typical jp sized room, so we could just open our two luggage and have just a little leeway to move about in the room. We liked the convenience of having the toilet within the room which helped with managing the curfew/hot water hours. Staff (Monica) was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in slightly earlier when we reached and for letting us keep our luggage in the lodge past check out while we explored the rest of Hakuba. Thank you to the team again for our pleasant stay.
Just need to note that the location was just slightly further down from the ski resort but still within a 10 mins walking distance (uphill)! And since it’s closest to Goryu, it’s slightly inaccessible to the rest of the town and driving will probably provide the best convenience to supplies/grocery runs. Also needed to note for those night owls, that hot water stops at 10, and curfew was at 1030, so visitors might need to plan your activities around these timings!!

The breakfast was delicious. Very close to the shuttle and the Goryu ski resort. Lots of great restaurants walkable near by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lodge was very cozy. Would love to stay here again
It is far from the city centre, this wasn't an issue for us, but something to consider

Proximity to hakuba goryu ski lifts. Large common area and included breakfast.
Staff were not very involved or proactive in greeting us. Breakfast was good but minimal.
