This beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Located on the second floor, Gulf side of the property, you'll be just a two-minute walk from the beach and one minute from the nearest pool. For sports enthusiasts, two tennis courts and two pickleball courts are also just a short two-minute walk from the condo. Designed to accommodate up to four guests, this condo features a stylish minimalist beach decor with a white and turquoise interior. The bright, open kitchen is designed for both style and functionality, fully equipped with everything you need from pots and pans to a toaster, Ninja Blender, Air Fryer, Keurig, and coffee maker. A sleek breakfast counter with two elegant white stools provides the perfect casual dining spot, while the dining area showcases a large marble table with seating for four. The inviting living room offers a plush three-person sofa, an additional armchair, and an impressive 85-inch flat-screen TV with a premium sports package perfect for watching football on a Saturday evening. Step out onto the screened-in patio, furnished for comfort, and enjoy a refreshing drink after a long day at the beach. The bedroom features two luxurious queen-sized beds and a 46-inch flat-screen TV, creating a relaxing retreat. The main bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination, while the half-bathroom, located near the entrance, adds extra comfort when entertaining guests. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Only issue we had was after hours check in .Map was not very clear so had hard time locating correct building, new security and they were unsure as well but very nice.Once in, all was great rest of stay.. location & condo were excellent

Everything was great but for older people like us the walk to the beach was a little farther then we thought. Although we never used the gym both pools were great as well as the hot tub on the bay side but again a further than we thought.
