Alojamiento caro para donde está situado

El personal de recepción muy atento y agradable.

Hicimos una ruta por el norte y en si la ciudad da sensación como de intranquilidad, no se respira un buen ambiente y es imposible aparcar. Tuvimos que pagar un parking que nos proporcionó el alojamiento

Small but perfectly formed.

A nice welcome. We sat in the bar and had a drink on arrival. Check-in was earlier than expected and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our toilet door had a damaged lock. A balcony would have been nice, as the room was a little small and dark.

Bicycle friendly.

Quirky, old hotel, a mix of old fashioned and surf themed. Friendly staff who happily accommodated our bicycles. Great veranda for local wines and simple food.

Wonderful staff and great location.

Wonderful staff, great location. It’s unpretentious and doesn’t try to be anything other than what it is.

It was super hot when we were there and our room didn’t have air-con, nor a fan. And as the property is in the heart of the town, keeping our windows open at night wasn’t a possibility as it was too noisy.

Exceptional

Clean, crisp bedding. Good size bathroom, clean and powerful shower. Breakfast facilities available if you wanted. Super friendly reception.. centrally located. Value for money.

Nice hotel in a good location in Mundaka, friendly staff, good rooms.

Breakfast only served from 8.30 (which was my set time to leave to a meeting). Staff did their best to set it up a bit earlier, allowing for a rushed toast on the way out. very bright LED light only in the rooms, not possible to dim.

Great service, perfect location, incredibly clean - everything you need to enjoy Mundaka.

We loved every aspect of our stay here. Everything was super clean and seemed to operate as a well-oiled machine, but it retained every aspect of sleepy basque town that one wants when visiting Mundaka. Shout out to Nory, as she took care of our check-in when we arrived and served us breakfast the following morning. She had the gift of knowing when to take a moment to chat with us and when to work to make sure everyone else was taken care of. This gave a human element to the entire experience, and we felt at home. Good job, Nory!

really really enjoyable

The property was modern and fresh but in a traditional Basque house style. Staff were friendly and helpful and it has a terrace which was great - good pintxos.

Nearby builders noise at 6:30am (clearly not the propertys’s fault).

The staff are friendly but seem a little overwhelmed, attending also to the restaurant which gets very busy. The location is superb, central and close to the water.

The location is very noisy, with the restaurant below and the street passing by. Had to keep windows closed at night even though it was pretty and you'd want them open through the night. The room was very small with no place to keep luggage.

we didn’t sleep well at all due to noise from cars going over broken man hole cover on the street directly below our room . lots of vehicles passing all through the night each making a loud bang that disturbed our sleep. no air conditioning so had to have window open

Really enjoyable stay

Good hotel very central in the nice little town of Mundaka. The Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Lively hotel bar/cafe with a great vibe with lots of locals most nights. Nice sandy beach only 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Superb

Free parking provided by the hotel. Room exactly as advertised, and very clean. The location is great.

There was no air conditioning or a ventilator. This meant it was quite hot at night to sleep. As the balcony faced a pedestrian street, it was rather noisy outside, when the window was open.
