I liked the remodeled rooms and how many different types of lights the room had to brighten or darken the room as you wind down. The bed and pillows were comfy and towels smelled great. Windows could be opened to get fresh air. Had curtains that were both light filtering and blackout.
The only thing was that it was a bit dusty on some light fixtures. I told the team and they made a point to correct it but we were here for a short time, we didn’t need them to clean the whole room again.

Very good neighborhood. Staff are super friendly, honest and cooperative. The room is very clean and well established. The location is close to local transportation.

They gave us one of the renovated rooms, even tough we booked one of the more simple ones, which was a big surprise and an amazing bonus! Since our room was ready before the check in time they let us in earlier, which we appreciated so much since we just had an intensive travel morning. The room had everything we needed, was super clean, spacious and the cleaning service was daily! The staff were super nice, attentive and always ready to help :) Definitely staying again if going back to Rome!

The location was very good and close to supermarkets and buses
I felt like the photos were deceiving, they looked much better than in reality, I really disliked the smell from the bathroom and the bed was not comfortable at all.
