Peace & quiet away from the main roads and 1/2 a mile into the country lane! Spotlessly clean & the BED was top dollar!.
All the essentials were in the room. Fan, bed lights, kettle, big TV, fridge, table,two windsor backed chairs, bath robes & postcards.
Then there the breakfast items as follows, four types of cereal, oats in syrup, tea, coffee couple of types, hot chocolate, fruit juice, milk, water, biscuits, few sealed snacks. But if you bring anything that you might like to cook a full kitchen, but leave the kippers & curry at home! THE VIEW FROM MY BEROOM WINDOW! Wildlife seeing a roe deer in the garden eating windfall apples at dawn.Thanks for a great stay, you put the local 3*** hotels to shame! You would easy win 4 rooms B&B on Channel 4 TYVM Jane. PS if you cannot handle PEACE & QUIET, being in the STICKS. well then go to Magaluf!
NOT wheelchair friendly I'm disabled with my knees and struggled with the stairs & the bathrooms.You cannot get a wheelchair in a bathroom, even without one and your big like me (170Kg) it was a squeeze, but a great shower!.
The other thing was leaving, the tranquility of peace & quiet and getting home to the suburbs and how noisy it is!

Check-in was easy, it was self self-check-in in so no one to greet you, which was fine and what I expected. It was very clean and cosy, and the breakfast items were good
The bed was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on a slab of lumpy concrete. Being a side sleeper, I woke up a few times in the night with sore hips and was sore the next morning.
