Excellent breakfast plus hot drinks and cake/biscuits always available - good on a rainy day (!) and in a nice lounge area too.
Very willing and helpful hosts
The bed and bedroom were on the small side, so okay but not a lot of extra space.
The hotel welcomes dogs, and there were lots of them around when we stayed. Not noisy, but their presence is noticeable.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with a 4 month old baby - nothing was too much hassle . Friendly and welcoming . The breakfast was very tasty - the home made granola was an additional treat 😊

Friendly, helpful staff. Bright lounge area with view of the sea. Many choices for breakfast. Off street parking. Several cats and a friendly dog in residence--and guests can bring their pets. Big garden to relax in. Walking distance to the beach, to Shanklin Chine, to the High Street shops and restaurants.

Great location, the staff were very friendly & helpful, parking on site, they have a very relaxed approach which I liked, & the snack room downstairs is a great idea.
The room was very small, we had two single beds that were too small for us so uncomfortable sleep, the en-suite was tiny so struggled to use the facilities/move around, & there was a bad smell coming from the en-suite that drifted into the room, so we had to keep the windows open at all times to keep the room ventilated.
