We spend 6days in this hotel, it’s good and safe, very happiy experience

Location is good for us to take a rest in the crowd city. Especially in summer, hongkong is really hot and wet. It’s very relax to stay in front a beautiful sea.

Furniture is a little bit old.

Location is great , big balcony with seaview

Most of the furniture and appliance are not in a good shape , I was here two years ago, everything was super great that time , I hope the hotel will keep its quality as it is such a beautiful location with good room layout

Disappointing

(1) Polite and friendly staffs (2) Convenient location (3) nice sea view

(1) room keys are not work, so we have to ask the staff to open the door when we back to room every time (2) There is only one toothbrush for two people staying in, and the opposite room even lacks toilet paper rolls, hair dryers and some basic needs. Shows the carelessness of house keeping. (3) When you need to watch TV through the TV box, and the connection is not smooth (4) The jacuzzi is not work for long long time, just a soak bath tub (5) The facilities are rather old

Great location but some essentials missing.

Great location and lots of space. Lovely views.

Advertised a sofa bed but it was really just a small sofa that didn’t convert to a bed. We had to get a mattress brought up, which the girl at the front desk seemed unhappy about. Poorly equipped kitchen. The rainfall shower head was missing.

not up to standard service and I requested the booking of jacuzzi by booking.com and stated “ message delivered to the property “ and I called to reconfirm the property but always in vain. at the end, after I checked in all jacuzzis are fully occupied but I am not be notified. I booked this hotel for relaxing with the rooftop and seaview. otherwise this price not value for money , the room are deteriorating and all facilities are old.

the service is bad too, no one at reception! About 15min for check in. And not knowledgeable to handle customer’s complaints and cannot solve the problem.

Over priced but good location

Great location and great view! Reception staffs were friendly

Place a little run down. Cleanliness can be better. Jacuzzi not working and water far too cold. Kitchen no detergent…… For a place charged similar amount of staycation at Mandarin Oriental but without any meals, I think it’s a bit over priced

good and convenient location, best view of Stanley, however, need interior renovation.

The location is unbeatable. The staff are friendly and trying to solve the problems when they are available.

The interior of the grand suite in very tired… the deck of the balcony is broken and dangerous for guests to step into the broken deck.

The room is as expected, I would come back again for the amazing view

The room was spacious, especially the huge bathroom n bathtub, loved that so much. Bed was comfy and the view outside was amazing! I booked this hotel because of this.

The thing I didn’t like was the living room was too dim, the lighting was not quite enough. the now movie channel password was not provided in-room so we needed to go to the reception to get the pw when we wanted to watch tv at 11pm.

Getaway from HK buildings and blocks

Compare to other hotels in HK, I would rather say this is a motel, becoz the place doesn’t have much facilities other than roof top jacuzzi. But don’t get me wrong, the location is perfect in Stanley, 90% of attractions are only mins walk from Stanley Oriental, and beach is only less than 10mins walking distance. Supermarket, pubs, restaurants, convenient store are just right downstairs. Rooms are spacious, and all rooms has sea view which is spectacular. Highly recommended to stop by for a weekend chill with family or friends, and get a relief away from HK CBD area.

In house facilities and furniture are a bit worn out, some of the lights do not work in my room. Sockets are much less than any other hotels I’ve ever been in HK. Massage function of highlight jacuzzi had been broken for quite a while.

Good value for money to bring dogs for staycation. Great view and convenience.

View was great, room was very spacious

Staff were very inattentive, no reception support at all throughout the night despite the staff reassuring us that we could reach them at the reception. Decor inside the room were falling apart, lights were broken and unchanged. Jacuzzi massage function did not work.

We asked if the beach you mention was pet friendly and the receptionist didn't know. Considering you are a pet friendly hotel which is great you should be aware of pet friendly places around the hotel

Nice place for vacation

Location is good, love the stunning Stanley sea view. We stay at the Suite which is so spacious for 4 adults. the balcony is a nice place for drink and chat. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Many good restaurants nearby.

Just a little comment. Room description stated it’s for 4 adults with 1 double bed and 2 sofa bed. However, the L shape sofa is not enough for 2 adults. We order 1 extra bed (with extra charge) after check-in. If the extra charge is included in room rate, it would be make customer feel better.

Great staycation Stanley

Good location and really big balcony..

When check I asked if we could use the common area at the rooftop with jacuzzi and they told me have to book at least a week in advance.. I was surprised because they never mention anything even I wrote to the hotel several weeks in advance... obviously I would have book if the mention earlier...

Comfortable Hotel with family

Excellent sea view and very spacious, also a lot of restaurants downstair! Very large Jacuzzi on the roof top but we can’t book it even I called 10 days before!

No one pick up the phone from reception after 6:00pm, not convenient as we bring the dogs, we need some cleaning stuffs to clean the floor..... only one tissue box inside the room!
