The level of attention to detail of the staff. The check in experience with Sylvan and the care offered. Familiar face Shawn aka Jason, provided expert level service in the main restaurant which reminds me the countless similar experience we had with him while we visited the Hilton. The food taste, presentation was extremely high standard. The tea time was la creme de la creme of tea time experience, I'd say as good or if not better than Angsana Fisherman's village. The staff was a mature group, not running around just for the sake of pretending to be doing something but most time could even guess what we wanted -- this is rare in China. Im impressed with property decor as well. Everything top notch from high walls and amazing gardens to get lost in at night or during the day. All in all 11/10 no mistake here!
