Had a pleasant stay. Abdallah did a wonderful job of advising me on Luxor activities. The food from the restaurant was fantastic and the pool made the hot summer days bearable.

All reviews mentioned knowledgeable staff who could help with tours and recommendations, however the hotel is under new management and none of the reception people had any info on tours or anything.
Room had cold AC though and the food was nice. Location was pretty central.
Wifi rarely worked, Check-in was slow even though I arrived after 14:30, no TV or kettle in room, many bugs in the pool, no information on tours or local recommendations.
Overall it was ok; I wouldn’t stay here again to though or recommend it.
