Staff were exceptionally friendly, pool was wonderful and clean the entire time we were there, location is perfect for getting to a lot of restaurants or to the public ferry, lots of shops and bicycle rental stores very near the hotel. Ideal for exploring Luxor on foot.

Pleasant staff, nice little pool area. Good location near to ferry and hundreds of little craft eager to whisk you to the east bank for at least four times the price. Bathroom clean and tiled. Overall a nice older style place
No-one really eating there in the evening, a bit dead. Shame as they have a great balcony for it.

Great quiet and peaceful location, just 5 mins walk from the corniche where there are many restaurants overlooking the Nile. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Didn't use the pool itself but it looked very nice and clean, and the area was nice to sit and relax. They also organise driver and guides for sights - we used this for our visits in Luxor as well as Aswan and our transfer from Aswan to Luxor. Everything went very smoothly, was well organised, flexible and for a reasonable price (thank you Abdallah).
Rooms are quite dated but totally adequate for a good night's sleep. Basic breakfast. Poor WIFI - it didn't work or was extremely slow.

All reviews mentioned knowledgeable staff who could help with tours and recommendations, however the hotel is under new management and none of the reception people had any info on tours or anything.
Room had cold AC though and the food was nice. Location was pretty central.
Wifi rarely worked, Check-in was slow even though I arrived after 14:30, no TV or kettle in room, many bugs in the pool, no information on tours or local recommendations.
Overall it was ok; I wouldn’t stay here again to though or recommend it.
