We loved how quiet the gardens were, the amazingly friendly staff. Beautiful traditional food.

The West Bank location was so relaxing compared to the bustle of the East side. There’s a boat you can use as a taxi for free, and the staff will help book cars etc for you. (They don’t rip you off!) Rooms are all unique, staff are attentive and Dr Marina Speak who runs it is brilliant. Book a sunset boat ride!

It’s beautiful and quiet.
British owner said “f*** off” when I asked about where I can turn in laundry for laundry service. It was very weird. Then a tour guide told me that she is notoriously abusive to staff and a known racist. If I’d known these things in advance, I wouldn’t have booked here.
