The hotel is beautiful, and its location on the banks of the Nile is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help. They made our stay even more memorable
Everything was perfect, except for the sun loungers by the swimming pool. Some show signs of wear and are not very comfortable, so replacing them could further improve the pool area.

I like how the people and the service were, truly great! The location is just in front of the Nile river and with the backdrop of King’s Valley. It was perfect! I like Aya from the restaurant, she was so nice. And Abeer from reception she was so accomodate to my needs. I love everything here!

The location was good.
The room was up to Hilton standards, but there were two big flies in the room even though I didn’t open the window, and a lot of hair on the carpet. My stay was only one night, but the service was not up to international standards and was therefore overpriced. The cab driver arranged by the hotel for the airport asked me for extra money. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a local hotel.
