Our stay at Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa was truly wonderful. We loved the location, the feeling of safety and, above all, the beautiful hotel itself. Being right in front of the Nile is an incredible bonus that makes the experience even more special.
The customer service is outstanding. The entire team goes above and beyond to make your stay unique and memorable. They are always attentive, genuinely caring, and ready to anticipate your needs.
It is not just a beautiful hotel; it is the people who make the experience exceptional. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to return!
Food & Dining Experience
The food was not bad, but it was not particularly impressive either, especially for a hotel of Hilton’s standard. We felt that the dishes were missing flavor and that extra touch that makes you say “wow.”
At Olives, we ordered à la carte. The dishes were acceptable, but the flavors were quite basic and nothing particularly memorable.
At Rosetta, our à la carte experience did not meet our expectations. The buffet was somewhat better, but overall, we still felt something was missing. The food was not bad, but it was not delicious or outstanding either.
One detail that particularly disappointed us was the bread service. At both restaurants, the bread was already portioned and stored in trays or plastic packaging, and it was served cold rather than freshly warmed. Even with breakfast delivered to our room, the bread arrived in plastic packaging and was not appetizing. We actually left it untouched.
For a hotel of this category, especially when paying for à la carte dining, I would much rather receive two or three pieces of freshly baked, warm bread than a larger quantity served cold and pre-packaged.
These details may seem small, but they make a difference in the overall dining experience and are areas where I believe Hilton Luxor could improve.

The location was good.
The room was up to Hilton standards, but there were two big flies in the room even though I didn’t open the window, and a lot of hair on the carpet. My stay was only one night, but the service was not up to international standards and was therefore overpriced. The cab driver arranged by the hotel for the airport asked me for extra money. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a local hotel.
