Beautiful grounds and staff are great food in the restaurants was also great
They started some renovations to the restaurant and reception when we were there and everything got moved around they should have informed the guests of what was happening news letter through the door telling everybody what was happening would have been great

Everything about this hotel is simply exceptional . Upon arrival , Lorna in guest relations has looked after us in more ways than we could have anticipated . She truly is an absolute gem and a lovely lady who has helped us in so many positive ways to make our stay here even more enjoyable , a wonderful asset to this remarkable hotel !.
We must also mention Patricia and Mohammed in food and beverage , who alongside their teams, have given amazing service and each took the time to get to know us and vice versa .
The pool boys and waiters also have been exceptional .
The room is magnificent , the food at the Italian and Chinese restaurants out of this world and may I say having eaten in china and Italy , somewhat even better than there ! The breakfast buffet is vast and just so tasty , we were spoilt for choice , whether it be eating a delicious burger or tuna sandwich by the pool , dining in the restaurants or having incredible food served in the room ! All beyond belief !
The hotel room over looking the Nile and in direct sight of the valley of the kings is beautiful ! Cleaned every day , with fresh towels and water , the housekeeping just can not do enough for you !
Everything about this hotel is just relaxing , very friendly and definitely worth a visit !
In fact it was so good that we extended our stay here this time, will highly recommend it to friends and family and will certainly be back here at some point in the future !

If you visit Luxor you have to book this hotel!!! It is more than value of money!! The staff is great, kind and always at your disposal. Many thanks to Lorna for her hospitality and kindness and to Ahmed from the pool. The view in the Nile is AMAZING. The pools are large, clean and great for relaxing. The room was beautiful, large and clean. All the outdoor areas are clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. The buffet offered a wide variety, the food was delicious, and—most importantly for Egypt—it gave you the confidence that you could eat anything without worry for any stomach upset. Don't think twice, just book this hotel.
Everything were great and above of our expectations. If I have to mention something is only that the breakfast box that we receive the day that we left it was poor.
