We had good vacation and liked to stay there cause the area is nice, calm but have cafes/shop near

The host Jose was very kind and easy to contact. Was waiting for us. Responded rapidly to all our questions

It was a delightful house which made our stay in menorca even more pleasurable

Great Location with everything close at hand. Lovely little outside dining area.

Great place in a fantastic location

The host was great, the place excellent and the location fantastic. I would recommend this place for people who are looking to be right in the town centre and close to shops, restaurants and bars, and have the opportunity to experience the life of the locals rather than staying in a resort.

Nothing to do with the property; however, they were doing building works in the next-door property and we had a lot of noise for three days. Other than that, everything was good.

Perfect location in center of Ciutadella

Perfect location, clean, easy parking, host was very flexible and check in and check out were easy. Highly recommended!

I didn't mind it, but be prepared for stairs (not many) going from room to room because it's a traditional building in the center of the town. May be hot in summer but plenty of fans are provided.

Lovely house in Ciutadella old town

Wonderful location in Ciutadella Old Town. It was nice to spend time amongst locals and not just tourists. The property kitchen is well stocked and we cooked several times. There was somewhere in the courtyard to rinse sandy feet and hang washing /beach togs. Our host was very kind and helpful on arrival - pointing out good places to visit. Beds were comfortable. Showers were pleasant. We liked that the property wasn't serviced every day which meant we could have a lie-in if needed. Comfortable sofas to relax on.

The property is almost perfect. As one reviewer has said, the whitewashed walls are a little tired in places. There was a smell of a recent leak under the kitchen sink that was a bit off-putting on arrival. But it wasn't noticeable unless you were accessing the bin. The house was otherwise lovely and we would return.

Very good

In a perfect spot in the beautiful Ciutadella, very central, but really quiet. Jose was very responsive, and met us over the road from the property to help with parking, he also accommodated our early arrival after a 6am flight from the UK. We were fine with the many levels of the house ( I loved them) but it would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely stay at one of Jose’s houses again.

The house is a bit more ‘lived in’ than the photo’s suggest, and the wide angle lens made the courtyard look bigger than it is. You can sit out to eat breakfast but there is not enough room to sit and relax
