My wife and I had a marvelous stay here. Simona is a treasure! Upon arrival, she gave us great tips of what to see, and her enthusiasm and gentle spirit was evident. Every morning, she left a bag with the most amazing croissants and bread to complement the cheese, salami, yogurt, juice, etc. that she restocked in the room's refrigerator each day. The room was very quiet-- we heard no noise from outdoors. The room has shutters that can block all light and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. This is in an authentic, very safe Neopolitan neighborhood, just a 2-minute walk from the di Montesanto Metro station and a four-minute walk to Via Toledo. We felt that we had a genuine immersion into the life of a typical Neopolitan neighborhood-- senior citizens sitting and chatting with neighborhood friends on benches under the shade of trees at the Metro plaza; fruit and fish vendors; wonderful restaurants, gelato, and bakeries/cafés nearby. Simona is the key. She speaks English, lives on-site, and is always available via WhatsApp to provide restaurant recommendations, to book a taxi, or answer any questions to ensure you have the very best stay possible. If you are looking for an authentic and safe experience in Naples, this is the place for you. We would 100% stay here again.
We loved everything but rooms are up a couple of flights of stairs. We had no problem but it might be a challenge for people with physical limitations.

Simona was lovely ! She was so helpful. There was fresh pastries every morning and the apartment was super cute .
Nothing loved it - there was an issue with WiFi and electric but Simona resolved it immediately
