Nice big clean rooms great location near everything . Would recommend.
Concierge Lady just said no English . Didnāt get of her seat . Tried to show her the place I needed to go on my phone, but wouldnāt even look . Just said no English.
The Last night of my stay people in the Next room were singing in the corridors Shouting all night .To the early hours of the morning.had to be up at 6am . No staff at night to tell them to stop .

The location is great if you really want to be in the heart of Naples and walking distance to the metro and stores. I thought the room itself was a good size. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind.
We were only provided one key for two people and you need a key to enter AND exit the building. This felt like a fire hazard and was also quite inconvenient.

Central location, easy access to all main sites, metro, shops, bakeries šrestaurants and cafes nearby.
Just be aware this is Naples so there will be street noise if you sleep with the windows open. For us this was not an issue as the wooden shutters do a really good job to keep the noise out.
