Our room was large, very clean and comfortable. As we were arriving after check in had finished we were sent very clear, detailed instructions by Guido several days before, including a video, to access the building and this was extremely helpful.

Good location albeit a little noisy. Clean. Staff helpfully arranged a taxi for us.
Bed was too hard.
Shower didn’t work properly. It only came out of the attachment. This was particularly disappointing.
