Location is perfect - you're in the heart of Naples and it's perfectly located for sightseeing and shopping.
The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful and communicative in the run up to our stay (special thanks to Gabriella)
And the rooms were beautiful. We had 2 rooms and both were spotless and fantastic. A really lovely stay.

Beautiful decor and facilities were high standard. Our host was amazing and so helpful offering recommendations with easy communication.
We wanted an early night but the guests in the room next door were very noisy and the sound travelled through to our room. Not the fault of the property.

Good location close to the old town and Spanish quarters. Windows were quite sound proof which was nice because of the busy street outside. The styling of the room and reception was very inviting. The staff was exceptional!

The shower and tub were not very clean. Bad smell in bathroom.
