Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The reason I docked it one star are because of things outside of the control of the hotel.
The room itself was nice (though I wouldn't call it "luxury") and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable! There was a balcony which looked over a little side street. The aircon/heater in the room was a welcome addition!
All the staff I encountered were extremely courteous and helpful. However, they do seem to leave about 1:30ish in the afternoon. After that, there is no staff on site.
The location was excellent--steps away from the Metro station and surrounded by restaurants and shops! I traveled alone (solo female) and felt safe and secure.
It is, however, an extremely noisy area. Not the fault of the hotel at all, but something to be aware of. The double-glazed balcony doors do a great deal to dampen the sound, but there were building works happening and sirens passing all night. It did make it a bit difficult to fall asleep; however, once I was asleep, it did not wake me up. if you are a very light sleeper, however, you may want to go somewhere else.
Overall, I would recommend staying here. Enjoy!

Absolutely would stay again. Close to the metro, the ferry and the subway. Lots of culture right outside your door! Check in and check out also very easy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

We had an amazing stay, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful host. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help.
They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and local attractions, which made our trip so much better. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
You can really tell they care about their guests. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly come back again. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!
