Good property at a budget price with excellent hospitality

Promptness of the staff, hospitality and friendly behavior of the staff, good quality of amenities, complimentary pickups

Very middle class hotel, just to spent a night. Not for luxury stay.

Larger suite room, location, staff

Bathroom is pathetic, especially the showers for bathing. Its extremely poor quality and unusable in room 407 inspite of a suite room. The bedsheet and towels are not properly clean, including the pilow covers. It does not express a proper management with professional staff. All hotel staffs are not familiar with hospitality management.

Good hotel to stay with good behaviour of staffs

Breakfast good, but limited. Location is out of central area.

There may have a rice thali. There may have details tour guidance in printed format.

It was a very nice experience with samrat hotel the property is very well maintained. But the complementary breakfast option is very poor.

Good experience of staying but foods are overpriced

Food items are overpriced. For an example, small plain roti (chapati) is ₹18 per pc, plus gst ..!!

One night only!

Pit stop on the road south. Basic but acceptable. Food was OK.

Under renovation… mostly a building site. It has a bar so it attracts a ‘different’ crowd.

Value for money property

Central location. Modest price. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Sprightly staff. Good food in the restaurant and room service

Pillows and blankets not that clean. Wasn't informed about the pick-up and drop in facilities from railway station in advance

Very amiable stuffs who loves to serve you happily.

Simply the amazing bunch of stuff who would make you feel like home.

Loud noise & heavy dust from highway along with dirty balconies filled with pigeons poops & cigarette buds which is unpleasant.

Superb

The room was exceptionally spacious. Three of us stayed in a twin bed room with an attached lounge. The management and staff is very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay with Hotel Samrat. Very easy to locate, we navigated through google maps and found the property right along the main road. Highly recommended if looking for a pleasant stay in Murshidabad.
