The location of the hotel is perfect with beautiful natural coastline. The hotel is well established with beautiful gardens and places to completely unwind in the shade on the vast lawns. Hotel Restaurants on site made us feel like we were long standing friends. All in all it was a good getaway for us as a family including our grandchild who had lots to do.
There wasn't anything that particularly was less than we had anticipated.

The swimming pool, the ocean views and the sunset!
All good.

Customer service was outstanding. The restaurants were terrific! The hotel was calm & quiet. Cleanliness was great.
Entertainment was amazing! The best sunsets with a viewing point.

We loved the service; it was really good. The staff was lovely and friendly. The atmosphere at the pool was calm and fun. We also enjoyed the gym and the tennis court.
Unfortunately, we didn't like the food; it was very basic and not tasty. Also—something we haven't encountered at any other hotel—drinks at dinner (including water) came at an extra cost.
