The location was good. The metro was just outside the door of the hotel and we could take the metro down to Rossio Square, very convenient. There were many small restaurants and they served good food.
The breakfast was OK. The scrambled eggs and baked beans were not warm. In fact everything served for breakfast was cold except the hot coffee. Due to the location on a main road, we could hear the ambulance siren every 30 minutes or so.

Handy by the metro, if it helps you can buy a yellow metro card for 0.50 cent for slightly cheaper rates or just use your bank card. Breakfast was decent, not 10/10 but happy enough. Aircon in room. Room was a fair size. Happy with shower. Staff were nice. Easy to arrive on metro from airport.
It felt a bit rundown in places with the interior. We had to sleep in a room that stank of smoke the first night as there was no other availability. This room also wouldn't work with plugs unless the main light was switched on, which was very strange. Thought breakfast was too late starting at 7am. I wouldn't stay again. It was ok, but think the reviews don't match up to the property. Also the rooftop bar played music that could be heard in our room on the 5th floor from 3pm to around 11pm.
