Absolutely the BEST hotel experience I have had o in my 30 years of traveling. The hotel employees are so attentive & helpful in every way possible. The GOLD star reward goes to Kadak Artha who picked us up from the airport and then gave us the ultimate tour of Ubud. The entire staff was amazing! I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended.
I absolutely love everything

Fabulous location close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful spacious room and very lovely staff.
There is construction going on next door. A letter left in my room said that construction would not start until 10am however it started around 8am. Do not stay here if you wish to sleep in. If you’re an early riser, the noise may not bother you. The manager did check if I wanted to change rooms but I had already fully unpacked and so I accepted the morning disturbance.
