Excellent location, right in the middle of the town, shops and a short walk to monkey forest, however it was so quiet at our room in the back. Breakfast was very good, the staff was great. The spa is fantastic and an excellent value as well.

the hotel is on the main road yet you feel like you're far away. the Staff were excellent and so friendly. The choice of breakfast was fantastic and cooked to your liking. Our rooms were amazing, with a great view yet very quiet. We loved this hotel

In a great spot, beautiful grounds and the staff were lovely
The room was very tired and the shower was awful with very little water pressure. I received an electric shock when I went to turn on a lamp. There was no follow up from staff about this even though I reported it immediately
