It seems it was a 4 star hotel, not five. It was breakfast included however not much variety

Friendly stuff and food in Cooper Restaurant was great.

Expensive, mosquitos in the room, rooms are too dark.

Luxurious spacious room and great pool!

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Some cocktails excellent- others good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful- from the guard at the footpath right through to the gardeners.

Great room, facilities and activities!

Amazing pool and facilities. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The room was very spacious and clean - the bath was a nice touch too! Good location, stunning views and a lot of security. Also highly recommend the yoga and sound bath experiences!

Beautiful spacious private Villa with pool, good location, very helpful staff

We really loved our stay here. The Villa is spacious, modern and beautiful. The bedroom upstairs is comfortable, air conditioned, with a mosquito net. The bathroom had a shower and a giant wooden tub for soaking. Location was quite good, took about 20mins to walk to Ubud palace. Even at night the streets are busy and felt safe to walk. You can also use the Bisma eight hotel facilities, including their infinity pool for beautiful jungle sunset views which is a 10min walk away. The hotel were great for organising well priced comfortable taxis (in AC 4x4s) when required. Breakfast was amazing in Embers restaurant! Good selection in the menu. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Transport to/from the airport was well organised and punctual! The cars even have wifi. Our drivers Leong and Juan were exceptional, going above and beyond.

Not necessarily a negative point, just be aware you are close to nature. The bottom floor of the Villa where the kitchen and living room are, is open concept to the outdoors with just a ceiling fan. Due to the close vicinity to the monkey forest, you cannot leave any food out or the monkeys will come! Also meant that ants were very quick to come if you drop even a single crumb!

Very special stay, great hotel and staff! Jungle view room and pool spectacular!

We had a beautiful room overlooking the jungle. The pool is magnificent and we really enjoyed our 2 visits to the spa for massages and these were really well priced. The staff were 10/10. The hotel is beautiful and close by to lots of attractions. Getting the hotel car to pick you up from the airport couldn’t have been smoother and surprised with cold towels and water amazing after long travel! The guides for tours were very knowledgable and took us to great spots.

The food (breakfast, poolside and dinner) and cocktails could be worked on. We did enjoy are coffees! They have a lovely coffee shop on site.

Conveniently located to everything in Ubud, walking distance to Sacred Monkey Forrest and city center. Beautiful views of Forrest, rooms are nicely set up for relaxing or sleeping. Yoga available for free in the morning, breakfast was included in room price and good value, was able to order from menu.

Spa is located at Villas, not conveniently located near hotel.

Gorgeous villa and lush breakfast, central to Ubud. However limited sunlight and view in the villas

Great breakfast and lovely design of the villa especially the top floor

The villas are down the road from the actual hotel which I didn’t know when I booked. So although there is a shuttle it is not inviting to go to the main pool and restaurant. The villa itself is quite dark in layout, as it’s fully in the shadow and no view. As a result the pool is very cold. Also the room downstairs is quite damp due to lack of sunlight.

Relaxing, rejuvenating, and enjoyable stay in an Ubud oasis.

Facilities and service were excellent. An oasis in Ubud, truly relaxing. Food was very good and enjoyed the Yoga classes. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Very happy with the hotel and the friendly staff. Highlight was the breakfast!

Location great: near to the center but in the middle of the jungle. Enjoyed a lot sunsets by the pool. Breakfast superb and staff would do anything to make your stay enjoyable.

Breakfast is a la carte and their vegan breakfast menu is quite good.

The "gym" is small. They offer a 30 minute complementary foto shoot with a professional photographer. But then only two pics are complimentary. What a waste of time.

The view from the infinity pool is amazing, location and breakfast and staff are all great too. I highly recommend it.

Best hotel in Ubud CBD

The most beautiful and modern hotel in Ubud central! I heard that the hotel has no insect at all and it was 100% agree with it. The decoration of the room was really modern classic and traditional Bali style. The Sofa, bath towels and bedding were super clean. Also, the location of the hotel was the perfect! You can walk to Ubud central or Monkey forest and other restaurants. I had attended Yoga class in the morning, the teacher was professional and she was friendly. I highly recommend you to stay at Bisma Eight hotel.

The hotel’s receptionist female who was unfriendly. When I checked out and checked in, she was really unprofessional. Food and beverage need service training.
