The 2 bedroom villa was beautiful. You could hear traffic as the living room was open air but in the bedrooms it wasn’t noticed. Didn’t really use the private pool as it wasn’t in the sun and was cold but it looked lovely. The breakfast was wonderful and so were all the staff. The hotel pool is a short walk up the road, towels are provided. Never crowded and very peaceful. The view was amazing. Food round pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend. We had a 11 and 12 year old with us and they loved it too.

Beautiful setting, spacious and private rooms and nice pool/restaurant area. Very peaceful despite being in central Ubud. Once you are in the hotel you feel completely removed from the chaos, however, it is great to have so many shops and restaurants just outside the hotel.
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Would recommend the spa and definitely visiting the Embers restaurant.
Breakfast is à la carte with some buffet options. The menu is excellent and you can order as much as you like.
Gym was quite small but still had a good range of machines (just one of each). Otherwise loved everything.

Ubud is dusty, noisy, filled with traffic and people; the Bisma road is quieter yet still filled with restaurants, bars, shops, places to stay, and then Bisma Eight is an oasis of quiet, with lovely facilities and a lovely view over the jungle tree tops. We had a fantastic stay, we really enjoyed the forest view from our forest view suite; the air con was good and quiet, the bed comfortable, the bathroom good. We enjoyed the pool with its jungle view, the breakfast was a great menu of delicious options (mostly à la carte), I enjoyed the yoga on the rooftop in the morning, and we had sundowner cocktails on the rooftop followed by a really fantastic dinner in Mori.
I can’t fault anything, except that this was an expensive place to stay.

Nice staff, nice property, great location, brilliant breakfast.
The pool food we ordered was terrible. Expensive, chewy, no flavour mix of saté. Really disappointing.
