The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was first rate. Friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was really good! The location is near Pramanta, perfect for hiking trails and you can easily put the car in the car park 3 min drive and enter Pramanta by foot.
Maria the one at the reception of the hotel was very nice! helped us finding all the activities in the area.

the breakfast is rich and varied
Even before my arrival I received a message that I apparently ordered a day later than I had ordered. The hostess told me that something went wrong in the interface with Booking. I ordered a room with a view of the mountains and received on the day of my arrival a room with a bed that had to be climbed up with stairs, the next day we were transferred to the room we ordered. The next day when we returned from the trip there was no hot water. After such a series of mishaps I expected to receive compensation beyond an apology, but the hostess ignored my complaint.
