Good

Overall, the food was good. Not a lot of variety, but tasted good. Especially the 'pide' stand between 11 am and 5 pm was really good and delicious! Made fresh from scratch. Rooms were big and spacious. Transport to the beach.

- Even after a few times asking, the cleaning lady didn't really clean the rooms. After 6-7 days we got tired and showed her the very dirty spots on the ground/walls of the bathroom, which were already present before we arrived! It was really disgusting and unhygienic unfortunately.. - Swimming pool area is kinda small, not a lot of swimbeds. These got taken very fast. - fruits could be fresher, but the weather was very hot. Maybe it affected the freshness of it. Desserts were mostly the same in my opinion.

Affordable all inclusive hotel

- all inclusive concept; lots of variety - small gym - shuttle to beach15 - friendly staff

- better lighting in bathroom (for properly trim/shave beard) - the guy keeping a lookout at Beach15 was annoying (attitude and a bit touchy with the women) - most staff couldn't speak english - more equipment for the gym. Simple stuff, like a pull-up bar.

Fantastic!

Kleopatra Ramira Hotel is a great place for summer holidays! Every single one of the hotel staff was very friendly and kind. Their all-inclusive concept is very satisfying for the regular tourist. The quality and variety of food was exceptional, and the food they offer is particularly suitable for vegan, gluten-free and/or raw food diets (something rarely found in Turkey). The location is a little bit far from the center or the beach, but they make up for it with regular shuttle buses during the day, so the distance doesn't really matter. Our room had everything we needed and was kept very clean. At the end of our stay, our satisfaction surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel!

The air-conditioner in our room was located on the wall across the beds, which made it difficult for us to sleep with it on. Luckily, during our stay the weather outside wasn't too hot and too humid, so we could do without it, too.

Great hotel with exceptional meals and relatively close to its private beach.

Food was exceptional! You had to wait a bit for cooked meal if you came right when the serving started. We usually arrived later and everything was alright. Great offer of wellness/spa possibilities for a great price. The staff was very kind and always helpful. We did not encounted any communication barriers (fluent english). Checked in at ~3:00AM and out at ~5:00AM without any issues. The beach was not far at all. A little walk was always welcome after all that deliciousness. A shuttle bus to/from beach was regularly scheduled. To the city center as well.

In our honest opinion, the hotel was very child friendly. During our stay we had a lot of children running around. Relaxing at the pool was not an option, it was occupied all the time. Jumping and playing loudly.

Peaceful and family friendly hotel

Good, basic hotel. Nothing specially, but good enough. Staff was best!!

Cleaner lady was very good, but she always left the balcony door open, even though we asked her to close the door. We were one night somewhere else than hotelroom, so balcony door was open 24h. Not good. The pool area was small. People booked sunbed early in the morning, but comes to the pool afternoon :(

Family friendly hotel with everything you need.

+Need to start of by giving credit to the hotel staff, they were really friendly to us. Hotel gives great value for money. Great selection of food. +During 9 days the staff really got to know us, and I believe they honestly cared about how we were doing. I mentioned to restaurant staff that I had caught a sore throat (rooms air-condition is not well placed for sleeping), with 2 different occations they both made me a special tea for me. Chef did several times offer our daughter a personal plate of goodies. +The bartender worked efficiently with good drinks based on non-foregin brands. +Most staff knew english fairly good, but plus that they also spoke Russian. +Not so much variations in food, but it was a nice amount of fruits. +Clean room and helpful maid also put her personal touch on our bed. +Nice spa area and small gym and friendly mini-club employee. +Made good contact with hotels reception in advance of our stay, making us try airport transfer. Feel like Turkish drivers does care for high safety-rated child seating, but ride was comfortable car and had polite welcome at hotel. Bit expensive, so if you wish cheaper, book taxi in advance. +Hotel has shows next to pool area, which was great to be able to watch from our balcony. Everything what you need is at the hotel.

-Far distance to the beach, miss more shuttle transfers. -Air condition did not have many settings, not managing lowest temperature and pointing directly at bed

We would like to thank all hotel staff. This hotel is cozy and has fresh rooms. If we could give more stars, we would have done so. The hotel has plenty of staff all of whom are friendly and helpful. The hotel has all facilities you would need. Thanks to Zainab for local recommendations and all the service team. Good location, in a more quiet area of the city away from the market and city noise. Comfortable shuttle to the beach and with amenities on the beach. Clean rooms and the pool area. We felt we were looked after.

Good hotel if you need a base in Alanya

Clean basic accommodation with decent food. Good hotel choice to be used as a base to carry out business/administration in Alanya but not somewhere we would recommend for a holiday. Staff were perfectly pleasant and everything was functional. Fair price paid for the quality of the accommodation.

Cocktail selection could have been better, there was a small choice. Other cocktails needed to be paid for. Soft drinks could not be served until 10am. There are no good views from the hotel, pool area is quite cramped but then again it is a smaller hotel.

Very good

Nice to stay for one week. The room is big enough. The air conditioning is a must and it worked as expected. Most of staff is nice. Food is nice and varied for one week although if you stay a second one you will start tasting the pattern which is not inherently bad. Night live shows are OK. The bar is nice.

Some staff manners although others were absolutely nice. Light in the room was too dim in case you needed to read. Also a little of respect from some guests would have been appreciated in terms the staff could stop them from being chaotic and noisy. It only happened first two days of our stay but what an image...

4 days at Ramira

Warm welcomed, well organised, clean, room for the family was spacious enough, food (not huge variety) but very delicious. Massage and spa services were really good. Staff spoke mainly Turkish and/or Russian. English at reception only. If you want to stay at the property or do shopping in Alanya, then Ramira is the right place, as it is close to centre and offers competitive pricing.

Some of the staff (specially at bar) were rude. Pools are really small for the size (rooms) of this hotel. Ramira has private beach (Kleopatra) but far away, you need to take shuttle bus which is in service for few times a day. We booked all inclusive but forced to pay at beach for drinks and food. So if you are planning beach holidays, this hotel is not the right place to stay in Alanya.

Great hotel! Meet all of my expectations!

The stuff was pretty good, friendly and kind. The blue color of the hotel exceeded my expectations, very clean and relaxing. I recommend this hotel for everybody who needs to relax and make new friends.

The young cocktail barman wasn't good, as seems he doesn't like the job. My wife wanted to bring 2 cocktails and heard the phrase of "I'm tired", however he prepared the cocktails after this embarrassing phrase.

The hotel you can enjoy a lot

It is unbeatable to enjoy the very nice pool and ambience. It exceeded my expectations indeed. The food is excellent, very tasty. I will definitely come back.

Clean and nice food

The hotel was very clean and the food was nice.

The majority of staff were not very friendly and didn’t receive any form of hello or welcome upon entering or leaving the hotel at any time The pool was freezing which meant nobody could use this facility in a 4 star hotel.
