good enough for simple accormodation

bed was comfortable

no heated shower it was cold all the way. they did not check the spiders with net for 2 nights on the ceiling. small bugs are crawling in the room.

Great value hotel

Very simple, but perfect for a clean, comfy hotel, near the beach and main area. Strong wifi which is good for remote working. Great A/C, so no worries about being hot.

A little rough round the edges, could do with some TLC. The bathroom appliances were just a bit random, the sink tap was too big for the sink and the shower stand was at an odd angle so fired the water out at a 90 degree angle.

- The location of the hotel is amazing, you are at the center but at the quite area. Everything at the walking distance. - The housekeeping cleaning the room everyday. Super clean! - Nice pool area - The view from the room to the mountain’s and palm trees. - Nice bed and pillows

The hotel is not new, and it’s ok for the price you take but there is a few things that happened to us that maybe some other guest need to know. - When the weather rainy, all our room cell was full of hundred’s flyers. All the first night we was killing them and there is no one talk to because the reception is closed, so we slept with all this flyers. Next day was no rain so they all gone. - In the middle of our stay we left shoes at the entrance to the room and the housekeeping just took them away. When my husband went to the reception they said that have no idea what we talking about and only after my husband got angry, the lady from the reception suddenly brought the shoes. Super strange! If the people still at the room, why to take them? - The walls super thin, you hear everyone around you. From the hall, from the celling, from the walls from both ways. We wasn’t so much at the room so it was not too disturbing to us, but if you sensitive so just know you hear it all. - Dogs! When you check in the lady at the reception don’t give you any information only 2 things she say. 1. reception close from 19 2. from 19:00 you can enter to the hotel from another entrance and beware of the dogs. we said ok, no problem. So at night there is a group of dogs that around the hotel and if you do something wrong for them they all start to bark and run to you. For me it was super scary and not nice, I was afraid to come alone to the hotel.

very poor made out to be better tbem it is definitely would not reccomned

air con was good and the staff wore friendly

very poor facilities we wore told we had breakfast included but the cafe in the hotel never opens. The pool smells like bleach and around the pool is dirty and full of ants also the pool bar was never open. The rooms wore also full of ants especially the bathroom. The reception closes at half 7 and nobody there to help after that and you have to walk the back way which is guarded by vicious dogs that will run at you when it’s dark and will bark all night and keep you awake.

great location, not far to sairee beach where you can find everything ... room was always clean, bed was comfy, variety thai or western food for breakfast ... nice pool with 3m depth

hotel have new staff, firstly bit missunderstand about breakfast, they offer eggs or eggs and coffee OR juice, not both :D but after thai staff make it clear, we can choose from thai or western foods, coffee and juice, so ok Room don't have private balcony

Great price, great location & friendly staff.

Location was northern end of Saree beach so away from main nightlife noise (great for us!) Laundry washed on-site for 40BHT per kg.

Pool water looked quite cloudy and restaurant was closed during our stay (sadly due to lack of staff). Neither affected us as plenty of beaches to swim at and restaurants a plenty!

i wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again

great location budget stay

immediately felt uneasy after we checked in as we were told that if we so much as got a bit of makeup on a towel we would be charged, there was also a list of items they would charge us for - this made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. further, the staff were very unorganised and there was some confusion on check in. the bar, cafe and restaurant are closed so these facilities cannot be used.

Very good

My son loved the super deep diving pool. The breakfast was lovely and you could have whatever you wanted. Laundry service available. Great value for money.

We had to walk down the road for breakfast but it's not a big deal.

Tiring to fight with receptionist but at the end okay. Enough to rest well

We were staying at neighbor hotel due booking-hotel issue called Living Chilled. Room was fine, big enough comfy bed and chilling terrace.

When we arrived after a long tiring journey they said there must been a mistake because it was fully booked and there was no room for us. they didn’t offer anything just say to us to contact booking (they already have charged full amount of reservation). After a long tiring fight speaking mostly body language they offer us similar room in the Hotel just in front. they let us use the facilities but they were not open, only the pool. Also they gave us breakfast tickets in a Cafe called Local Cafe which was pretty good.

The staff were kind and helpful. The pool was really good and the rooms were nice and comfortable.

Some of the facilities like to restaurant and pool bar were closed. We could still order soft drinks and got a voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Spacious, big windows, bottled water

Dusty room, no cleaning during the stay, there are gaps around the doors and window where spiders and insects can crawl in, no elevator

Seems like it would be a nice hotel in normal times but our experience was disappointing

good location and nice pool area

not fully opened up i’m assuming since covid. No staff around most of the time, only saw one man during our stay he didn’t have much understanding of the services/running of the hotel and also struggled with english. He was very friendly and tried his best but felt sorry for him left to sort things alone. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay despite asking a number of times, no clean towels etc.

Good spot with clean rooms

Great clean room with a pretty comfortable bed. Pool was great but don’t expect a party like the photos and the pool bar is only open from 5pm. Close to the Main Street and “walking street” and a 7-11

2nd best hotel in this price range in the area. Solo traveling and asocial? This is your mecca.

Lovely pool. The staff makes much of it worthwhile, especially the owner and the kid who does most of the work, they're wonderful people and seriously will help you with everything you need.

Don't eat breakfast here. Go to Simple Life which is very close by and you'll get a serious breakfast.
