Big clean rooms

The room was nice and spacious with a good bathroom. The balcony was big
The area the apartment was felt quite isolated and I did not feel completely safe walking there. The view from the balcony was of a construction site. The stairs to get up to our room on the third floor were outside.

The host was very kind and welcoming.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from Room 2 was lovely
The only disappointment was the location, as it was a bit difficult to access on foot. The guesthouse is located on a very steep hill.
We only had a rental car to drop off our luggage, and we were really glad we did.

We had a really pleasant stay at Mariana Apartments. Check-in was completely smooth and hassle-free, even though we arrived very late in the evening. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. A great bonus was having a washing machine, which can be super useful depending on the length of your trip! There is also convenient outdoor parking available, which made managing the car very easy.
The location isn't the most charming, though that is understandable since the surrounding area is clearly still under development. Also, walking back to the apartment involves a bit of an uphill climb, which might take some extra effort on foot, but overall it wasn't a major issue for us at all.
